Summary: Great location, beautiful older home. We were able to walk around town easily. The only drawback was the TV. Was a smart tv and couldn’t get regular tv, especially for renters our age we were not out late and didn’t have the opportunity to watch our regular channels. However, we would stay again if the we were to stay in that area.

Summary: We traveled for a wedding. I fell in love with the town, and this house. I loved all the decor, beds were Uber comfortable, and it was close to several great eating establishments! I would definitely stay here again!

Summary: 1) rooms large airy, comfortable 2) location very nice, walking distance to all over downtown, 2 blocks to catholic church 3) air conditioning very good 4) nice kitchen area although no dishwasher 5) downstairs bedroom has stains on floor and smells like pets, other bedrooms ok. Had an issue staying in it because of smell 6) downstairs bedroom needs to have a safety bar across the sliding door for added security 7) There are very little drawers to put clothes in or table tops to lay your odds and ends on 8) wifi decent 9) We had an issue with the city breaking a gas pipe right infront of the house. We were evacuated for 6-8 hours. That is not the issue of the owner but when the power company came back in to turn on the gas they could not because of some faulty issue with the gas water heater. One of u s could not take a shower and we had to all go to a wedding the next day. This was a pain. There is not much choice of housing in Maysville and this is probably the best and reasonably priced but it compares at best average to other rentals we have had.

Summary: Beautiful house!! Love all the character! Checking in was a breeze. There was plenty of room for our party of 9! We spent most of the time there. The only issue we had was the TV not working, but that wasn't a huge deal for us as we don't watch a lot of TV. One other thing needed for future guests would be pot holders and a cutting board for the kitchen. We cooked most of our meals. Definitely would stay here again!! Thank you!!

Summary: The property was as advertised. There were only two of us traveling with our dog, so we only used one of the bedrooms. Did not spend a lot of time in the house. It was nice to be able to bring the dog. We spent a lot of time in the town. We also went to historic Washington for breakfast. Nice shower and nice kitchen area. Also spent some time on the porch overlooking 3rd street. The main bedroom does face 3rd street and the firehouse. I suppose it could be a little noisy, but we used a noise maker phone app, and had no problems. The back bedroom looked more insulated from 3rd street and had a wall air conditioning unit. Those beds looked comfy as well, but we did not sleep in them. The first floor bedroom could use some window treatments, but again we only needed one bedroom so it was not an issue for us. Only used the coffee maker and microwave in the beautiful kitchen, both of which worked well. Wifi seemed to work well as well.This house was perfect for our two night stay.

Summary: We enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and big enough for all of us. It could have used a couple of more pots and pans, a baking sheet and dishes that wood equate to maximum number of guests i.e. 10. And also could have used some typical thing is that you would need and would not bring with you like foil, trash bags, more dish soap. But overall we have a nice day.
